Booing your place.

In order to secure a place you must log onto Property Management Ireland and complete an application form, once this is submitted to us with a €300 booking fee we will be able to process your booking. We try to keep students of the same year together and provide the type of room they request however we do not guarantee this.

Booking Fee:

€200 of the booking fee will be refunded if the place is cancelled in writing by email to cancellations@propertymanagementireland.ie within three working days of the first round offers being issued.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

Property Management Ireland are letting agents for 4 student villages close to Mary Immaculate College – Punch's Ressidence, Ashdown Student Village, Clontarf Hall & Alphonsus Court. Each apartment is self contained and has its own kitchenette, living room and main bathroom.
